Our ‘on-site visit’ form is just the beginning of our dedicated office work that goes on behind the scenes. Delivering a professional and detailed proposal which is easy to read and understand is where we start to show you know much we value clear communication.

Once the proposal has been accepted we follow up the process by completing a Master Builders Contract and ensure all the details are clearly outlined.

Prior to construction, we establish a clear payment schedule which is followed up by regular electronic invoices making payments and all financials clearly recorded with no surprises.
